Standard Shipping- $5 flat fee anywhere in NZ, for orders below $20.00
Orders are dispatched the following working day- dispatching Monday to Friday.
Returns & refunds
Make sure your hand is steady, you choose your desired coffee, and enter the right address details, as we do not generally offer a refund for woopsies and change of mind. We will however do our very best to make sure you receive your favourite coffee, so let us know if any issues come up, on firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can make it right for you (if the order hasn’t gone your way yet).
If something happened along the way and the coffee you’ve received is either damaged or not quite right, let us know as soon as possible (include a picture) on email@example.com, and we’ll either replace it for you or refund you the money. Please keep the coffee pack you’ve received, whether it’s damaged or wrong type, until we let you know what the next steps are.
